My services connect Learning & Development (L&D) with People & Culture (P&C). I design participatory and transformative learning and development processes for international organisations and teams, and support them in finding shared answers to central questions:
- How do we create a culture of collaboration in organisations?
- How do we shape learning and relationships so that working together is experienced as effective and enriching?
- How do we use differences as a practice ground for growth?
As a trainer, coach and facilitator I work with individuals, teams and leaders. My approach is grounded in many years of expertise in culturally sensitive communication, group dynamics and dialogic conflict resolution.
I do not work with one-size-fits-all solutions.
Together with you I develop a tailored development process that addresses your specific challenges. In doing so I draw on proven dialogic and participatory approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry, Imago dialogues for relational competence, and Art of Hosting (participatory large-group facilitation and conversation). I design and facilitate interactive, collaborative learning formats – workshops, coaching and e-learning – with equal enthusiasm online and on site.
